During the colder months, massages will be done inside in the massage room, or in the Cabin (our slightly heated cedar sauna, custom-built for massages) doors open if desired. In the warmer months, massages will also be offered outside under the pergola.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE WITH BETH
Beth is a Lead Massage Therapist and has been on the cityWell team for more than four years, and is thrilled to be able to apply her knowledge on lymphatic drainage massage.
Also known as MLD this massage relieves swelling that happens when the lymphatic system is blocked. It involves gently manipulating specific areas of the body to stimulate lymph nodes, and help the flow of lymphatic fluid throughout the whole body.
